| Placing your order online | ||
| 1. Request a Quotation Complete our online quotation form or e-mail us your print details and requirements. Once we receive your email we will be in contact within 24 hours to provide you with your quotation. | ||
| 2. Confirm your specifications and order Please reply to the sent quotation with your official order, quantities, sizes, artwork and details of the company/person we should make the invoice out to. We will then send a proforma invoice and the customer makes a deposit or pays the full amount sending proof of payment to [email protected] | ||
| 3. Customer to e-mail artwork requirements If print ready artwork has not been supplied, the customer then sends us any logos, images or wording they wish to use along with a brief description of what they require (eg: colours, fonts etc..) so our designers can put together artwork proofs. | ||
| 4. Artwork proofs sent to customer Before Print, the artwork proofs proofs are emailed to the customer for review, the customer has the opportunity to make revisions. Once the customer is happy, final proofs are sent to and signed off. | ||
| 5. Printing begins Once the artwork is approved, the print job production commences. Our Normal turn-around time is approx 5-7 working days from artwork approval unless stated otherwise in our quotation. | ||
| 6. Print Job is complete and ready for collection Once your print job is completed, you will be notified by email or telephone that your job is complete and ready for collection. At the same time we will e-mail you a copy of your tax invoice along with any balance outstanding. | ||
| Delivery Pic a Shirt can arrange a courier to deliver your completed print job to you anywhere in South Africa within 24-72 hours. The price will depending on the location, size of the parcel and service required but is generally around R80 - R120. Please request delivery when placing your quotation/order as this is not a standard service and is not included in the price unless specified. | ||
